Fran is a founding member of Westerra Real Estate Group and Westcom, the commercial division. He has over 25 years of experience in brokerage, development and construction management.  He has structured large land assemblages for projects such as Chobani, Cliff Bar and St. Luke’s Magic Valley and has represented developers, owners and tenants in multiple retail locations on Blue Lakes Boulevard and Pole Line Road, signature projects such as Elevation 486, Milner’s Gate and the current Downtown Twin Falls Renaissance. Fran is unique in that he can speak the language required of the most sophisticated transaction and, at the same time, has a keen local knowledge necessary for navigating the entitlement process.
